Share Your Talents

Thank You For Sharing Your Time & Talents During Our 40th Anniversary Celebration!

The Pine Tree Apple Tennis Classic simply would not be possible without the dedication of its volunteers. From our Board of Directors and Tournament Planning Committee to the food tent crew, logistics team, tournament director, social media coordinators, photographers, silent auction helpers, and so many more—nearly everyone connected to the tournament serves in a volunteer role. Over the past five years, more than 1,000 individuals have generously shared their time and talents to support this cause, and we are deeply thankful for each and every one of them.

We are also profoundly grateful to an extraordinarily generous anonymous donor and our valued partners at USTA Northern for supporting the Volunteer Give Back program. This initiative gave players and families from high school and college tennis teams the chance to raise funds for their local programs simply by volunteering at the Pine Tree Apple Tennis Classic. For every hour volunteered, our anonymous donor contributed $10 to the volunteer’s school tennis program, with USTA Northern matching those gifts (up to $500 per team for public institutions). In addition, the donor gave another $10 per hour directly to the Pine Tree Apple Classic Fund, further strengthening our mission.

Thanks to this generosity and the commitment of our volunteers, the Volunteer Give Back program has raised nearly $20,000 for local tennis programs and another $20,000 for the cause over the past four years.

Volunteer registration for the 2026 Pine Tree Apple Tennis Classic will open in March of 2026. To learn more about volunteer opportunities or our Volunteer Give Back program, please contact Lisa Mushett at 612-804-4008 or lisa@ptacf.org.
